Build the kind of studio you'd want to work at.
A small team. Founder-run. No middle managers, no dead Slack channels.
A small place for people who do their best work in small places.
We want to be the small team a hundred-person agency wishes it could put on every project.
That means we hire slowly, pay well, give real ownership, and protect deep work like it's a non-renewable resource — because it is.
If you're tired of standups about standups, of decks that never become products, of mid-tier work shipped under tight deadlines — Redmonk is the studio you've been looking for.
If you're looking for a place to coast, this isn't it. We work hard. We just refuse to perform working hard.
Six things we actually mean.
Not platitudes. Behaviours. No mocks-as-deliverables. Nothing is "done" until it's in production and a real user has lived with it for a week.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are meeting-free. Standups are async. Slack hours are 11–4 IST. Calendars are off-limits to the rest.
Battle-tested tools, not resume-driven picks. We chase ideas, not stacks.
Decisions live in docs, not heads. Every project ends with a public retro. Every retro becomes part of the playbook.
Designers ship code. Engineers write copy. PMs do user calls. We keep the hand-off surface area small on purpose.
Burnout is a project risk. We track hours and protect them. Late nights happen — they're the exception, never the plan.
